For 50 years Sierra Christian Service Camp has been the site of many spiritual retreats including youth camps, men’s and women’s retreats, family camps, winter camps, church picnics, weddings, and a host of other events.  We pride ourselves in our simple but attractive and clean facilities, which will suit almost any spiritual conference or retreat. 
             Has your church been considering a camp or conference but is unsure of the cost?  Perhaps you feel that in today’s economy that special events and retreats are not an option.  Let me encourage you that camping can be very affordable here at Sierra Christian Service Camp.  
             Our facilities can accommodate 136 people inside the cabins.  However, our occupancy can be expanded with the use of our 15 RV sites with water and electric hook-ups.  Our Dining Room and Chapel can hold up to 200 people.  The minimum occupancy to reserve the campground is 50 people.
             The cost of renting Sierra Christian Service Camp is very affordable.  Our Guests may use our large, fully equipped Kitchen to serve food that they bring, or may arrange in advance for our Kitchen Staff to cook for you at additional cost.
             Some of our attractions include our indoor, heated pool, which is available for swimming from June through September.  We have an outdoor amphitheater for campfires with supplied wood.  We have a large field, basketball court, sand volleyball court, and pond with fish.  The fishing season is best from February through April.
             We are open year-round.  Winter camps and retreats are available and snow is likely in the months from December through February.  We are also just 50 minutes away from Shirley Meadows Ski Area.
