At Sierra Christian Service Camp we take selecting our staff very seriously.  If you would like to work at Sierra Christian Service Camp for one of our church-sponsored camps you must fill out an application.  All staff and volunteers must fill out an application and be subject to a background check.

1.  Staff training is mandatory.  If you cannot attend staff training for any reason you cannot work here.
2.  Staff de-briefing is mandatory too.  Plan to attend a short meeting once all the campers have gone home.
2.  You are the example.  We only hire staff and volunteers who are competent, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly.
