Rental Prices and Packages:
Basic Cost: $20 per person, per day. Full camp and cabin use.
Deposit: $750.00 Cleaning and Security Deposit (The deposit will be subtracted from the final balance).
Minimum Attendance: In order to rent the facilties at Sierra Christian Service Camp, we require payment for a minimum of 50 people (you are not required to bring 50 people, you are required to pay for 50 people). All others over the 50 person minimum will be charged at the same rate of $20.00 per person, per day.
Maximum Attendance: We have enough beds for 136 people. We can provide extra mattresses and in doing so can hold up to 160 inside the cabins. We also have 14 RV sites with water and electric hook-ups, and multiple tent sites. Making maximum use of all the cabins, tent sites, and RV sites it is possible to hold 200 and slightly above at camp. The Dining Room and Chapel areas can hold up to 200 people.
Children: You are required to pay for all persons, staff and campers, of age three and above at the same rate of $20 per day. Children 0-2 are free.
Additional Optional Services: 12 Hour Rental - Monday - Thursday $500, Friday - Sunday $1,000; (such as Weddings, Family Reunions, Church Picnics, Single Day Conferences and Retreats, etc). Minimum occupancy does not apply for 12 hour rentals. Facility use limited to the Kitchen, Dining Room, Pool, Chapel, and Upper Bathroom. Only available to rentals less than 4 months in advance. Cabins and other services will cost extra. Other restrictions may apply. $500 non-refundable deposit due with contract.
A Dining Room Meal Service is available if you choose not to do your own cooking. Prices for this service start around $6.50 per person, per meal depending on menu selection and number of people. This service may not always be available. Please arrange this additional service in advance. Here is a sample menu. The more people in attendance the less the cost per person, per meal.
Fire Wood for the Dining Room may be purchased for $50. This wood supply should last for 6 or more fires. This wood is different from the Ampitheater wood which is free.
Cleaning Services are available for end-of-camp clean up. Current contracts require renters to clean the campground to like or better condition as to when they arrived, and fees are in place when facilities are not satisfactorly cleaned. However, for $40 per cabin used (maximum charge of $480) our cleaning service will do all the required cleaning so you can leave the campground without cleaning. Fees for unclean facilities are as follows: $200 for the Kitchen, Dining Room, Chapel, Pool, or Upper Bathroom, an $50 for each cabin or cabin bathroom. Please arrange this additional service in advance.
Full-Service Summary: As an example of how affordable Sierra Christian Service Camp is, here is an example of our Full-Service comforts. Taking advantage of our Full Meal Service, Fire Wood, and Cleaning Services during a four day camp, using the example menu, and bringing 140 people for a Thursday through Sunday Camp, the total bill would be approximately $13,410, or just $96 per person for the whole four day weekend! Food, cleaning, firewood, and full campsite use all included!

Discounts and Special Programs: We offer discounted rentals to groups who wish to organize service and work weeks and weekends. We always enjoy helping to coordinate the improvement of our campground. Please arrange this service in advance.
