Rental Prices and Packages:
Rental Prices: $26 per person, per night, for groups under 50 people.
$24 per person, per night, for groups between 51-99 people.
$22 per person, per night, for groups over 100 people, or for groups of any size staying for
4 or more nights.
Deposit: $750.00 Cleaning and Security Deposit (The deposit will be subtracted from the final balance).
Minimum Attendance: In order to rent the facilties at Sierra Christian Camp, we require payment for a minimum of 50 people the flat rate of $1,300 per night (you are not required to bring 50 people, but you are required to pay for 50 people).
Maximum Attendance: We have enough beds for 136 people. We can provide extra mattresses and in doing so can hold up to 160 inside the cabins. We also have 14 RV sites with water and electric hook-ups, and multiple tent sites. Making maximum use of all the cabins, tent sites, and RV sites it is possible to hold 200 at camp. The Dining Room and Chapel areas can hold up to 200 people.
Children: You are required to pay for all persons, staff and campers, of age four and above. Children 0-3 are free.
12 Hour Rental (non-overnight): $900; (such as Weddings, Family Reunions, Church Picnics, Single Day Conferences and Retreats, etc). Minimum occupancy does not apply for 12 hour rentals. Facility use limited to the Kitchen, Dining Room, Chapel, and Upper Bathroom. Cabins and other services will cost extra. Other restrictions may apply. $900 non-refundable deposit due with contract.
SYSCO Food Delivery: At your option you may utilize our online account with SYSCO INC. to order your food and have it delivered to camp. A $50 convenience fee applies if you are not present on the day food is delivered and unloaded. This service must be arranged in advance.
A Dining Room Meal Service is available if you choose not to do your own cooking. Prices for this service is around $9.50 per person, per meal depending on menu selection and number of people. This service may not always be available. Please arrange this additional service in advance. Here is a sample menu.
Fire Wood: Wood for the Dining Room may be purchased for $50. This wood supply should last for 6 or more fires. BBQ Wood may be provided for $20. This should last for 1 large or 2 small BBQ fires. You may always bring your own charcoal or wood.
Wireless Internet: Limited Internet can be provided for group leaders ONLY. Wifi password disclosed upon request. Wifi multi-day pass: $25.
Cleaning Services: Services are available for end-of-camp clean up. Current contracts require renters to clean the campground to like or better condition as to when they arrived, and fees are in place when facilities are not satisfactorly cleaned. However, for $5 per person our cleaning service will do all the required cleaning so you can leave the campground without cleaning. Fees for unclean facilities are as follows: $200 for the Kitchen, Dining Room, Chapel, Pool, or Upper Bathroom, an $50 for each cabin or cabin bathroom. Please arrange this additional service in advance.
Discounts and Special Programs: We offer discounted rentals to groups who wish to organize service and work weeks and weekends.
